Products and Orders

Before completing your purchase, please check the product description, size chart, selected sizes, quantities, and shipping address.

Product colors may appear differently depending on your screen. However, this does not affect our responsibility to describe products accurately.

If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you to explain the available options. If we cancel your order after payment, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Prices and Payments

Product prices, available payment methods, shipping charges, and any additional costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver throughout Japan.

Orders with payment confirmed by 4:00 p.m. Japan time on a business day will be dispatched the same day. Orders with payment confirmed after 4:00 p.m. or on a non-business day, including public holidays, will be dispatched on the next business day.

Delivery generally takes approximately three days after dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier. Shipping charges are displayed before you confirm your order.

Exchanges, Returns, and Order Issues

Due to the nature of intimate apparel and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns based on personal preference, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind.

However, this restriction does not apply to defective or damaged products or items incorrectly shipped by us. It does not limit your rights under applicable law.

If you experience an issue, please contact lindy@sakai.co with your order number and a description of the situation. We will provide an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances. Where the issue is our responsibility, Amanda Lingerie will cover the necessary costs of return shipping and shipping the replacement product.

If you wish to cancel before dispatch, please contact us promptly. We will check whether shipment can still be stopped and advise you accordingly.
